Chocolate Chip Blueberry Waffles with Sausage Cheddar Eggs

Home Made Chocolate Blueberry Waffles


2 Eggs
2 C Flour
1 3/4 C Milk
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 C Blueberries
1/4 C Hersey's Milk Chocolate Chips


Preheat waffle iron. 

Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. 

Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, blueberries, and chocolate chips until smooth. 

Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. 

Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.

For the eggs:

Whisk your desired amount of eggs with some milk until even. 

Cook mild ground italian sausage.

  Heat up a pan and pour your eggs in a lightly buttered pan. 

 Once cooked, add sausage to the eggs and top off with cheddar cheese. 

Cook until you eggs are done. Wahhlaaahh
