Cheese plate

Barsa is a spanish tapas restaurant located on Upper King Street. On Thursday night we decided to head to Barsa for a cheese plate and a couple of drinks.

Lychee martini.
If you have never had a lychee, you should try this drink.

This is one of my favorite cheese plates in Charleston.
There are 4 fine cheeses, accompanied by olives, apples, garlic, and  pickled onions.

We didn't order any other tapas this time, however we have tried both the Ceviche, and Pinchos. The Ceviche is served with tortilla chips, and the Pinchos have two options: chicken or pork.

If you have never been to Barsa, you absolutely need to try it out. Even on a Thursday night at 7 p.m. it is packed with locals. You will always find the owner there, talking to guests, or making drinks at the bar.
