Tomato, Bacon, and Caramelized Onion Quiche


6 Eggs
1 C Milk (or heavy cream)
1 Yellow Onion, diced
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Lb Bacon 
 Vermont Cheddar, shredded { as much as you please }
1 Pkg of Cherry Tomatoes (Sliced in half)
1 Frozen Pie Crust


Fry the diced onion in a pan with butter  for 15-20 minutes until the onions are a golden brown. Add your Garlic, Salt and Pepper.

Whisk Eggs and Milk.

Cook the bacon. Once cooked,dice into small peices.

Add  the bacon, eggs, onions, and cheese together and stir.

Pour into your pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes
