Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

1 Lb Chicken, boneless and skinless
1 Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Jar of your favorite BBQ Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Buns of your choice


Mince your onions and garlic and add them to your pressure cooker.

Trim chicken and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken to the pressure cooker and cook on high heat for 9-10 minutes.

Remove from pressure cooker when chicken is fully cooked (I always double check to ensure chicken is white in the center) and shred with two forks.

Place shredded chicken back in the cooker.

Using a fork, remove the chicken as needed to place on your buns.

Serve with mac and cheese or fries!
