Bacon Egg Cheese Avocado Sandwiches on Everything Bagels

When you make everything bagels, what do you do with them?

  ( If you haven't seen my previous post, on Thursday night I made home made everything bagels.) 

Bacon Egg and Cheese's? 

Yep! 

I just cooked some bacon, 2 eggs over easy on each bagel, cream cheese, cheddar, swiss, and provolone cheese... and of course some avocado to top it off. 

I put it all together.. and got a nice delish ( but messy) sandwich.

 I cooked up some grits as well, and served the extra bacon on the side.
